COVID-19 ACCOMMODATIONS: To keep our guests safe, we have strict cleaning measures in place using CDC recommended products instead of the natural cleaning products we would normally use. We have also added the use of an industrial fogger applying a mix of hydrogen peroxide and silver nitrate immediately after guests vacate the home. This home features 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms with a Sealy Posturepedic pillowtop king bed in the first bedroom and a Tempurpedic king bed in the larger master bedroom. Enjoy preparing dinner in the fully-stocked kitchen complete with a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, drip coffee maker, blender, and hand mixer. This house has lots of space and a great private outdoor seating area with gas BBQ & fully fenced backyard.  Everything you need for a perfect getaway!

Additional Info:

We are DOG-friendly with a Forty-Five dollar flat fee per pet.  Failure to disclose pet and pay the fee will result in a One Hundred Dollar additional fine. Guests are required to clean up after their pets.  Pets are not to be left unattended in properties.

Outdoor Areas:

The outdoor space features a covered patio with a gas grill and table for 4. The private fenced-in backyard with fruit trees and grapevines provides a relaxing atmosphere for sipping wine or dining al fresco.

Our standard cancellation policy applies unless there is a government-mandated stay-at-home order. If the stay-at-home order is implemented, guests will be offered full refunds or the option to change dates. This property is located in San Luis Obispo County and all county and city restrictions will be followed. If you are concerned about you or your party falling ill, you are strongly recommended to purchase a Travel Insurance Policy.
