COVID-19 ACCOMMODATIONS: To keep our guests safe, we have strict cleaning measures in place using bleach-based CDC recommended products instead of the natural cleaning products we normally use. Additionally, our cleaning staff utilizes an industrial fogger after each guest applying a mix of hydrogen peroxide and silver nitrate, just like hospitals use. We have also extended the periods between guest stays. See cancellation policy below.

You are going to LOVE the space! Large kitchen and dining and living area, plus a game room with a pool table. Over 3000 square feet to accommodate a large group. This house has a full kitchen that is spacious with granite counters. All cookware and dining necessities provided. Appliances include refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, drip coffee maker, blender, crockpot, waffle maker & hand mixer. Separate family, and dining rooms (dining table seats 10), 4 large bedrooms with 2 king, 1 queen, two double beds, and a twin day bed. The master suite has two rooms + bathroom and walk-in closet. The master room has a king-size bed and additional space has a twin daybed and seating area (it is a house in itself). There is a washer and dryer, iron and ironing board for guests to use. Private and enclosed backyard with BBQ, deck, and covered gazebo.  

Living Space:

This home features a large living space with generous seating.  Downstairs is the living room, game area with pool table, dining room, & kitchen.  Bedroom #1 has a king-size bed and is located downstairs. Bathroom #1 is a hall bathroom near the bedroom and laundry area downstairs. Bedroom #2 has queen size bed and is upstairs. Bedroom #3 has two full-size beds and is upstairs. Bathroom #2 is upstairs in the hall by the bedrooms. Bedroom #4 is the master suite with a king-size bed and additional open room area where the twin size daybed is located. Bathroom #3 is en-suite in the master bedroom area. Enjoy your favorite movies or shows on the big screen TV while seated around the large fireplace in the family room. The backyard has a deck with a BBQ and large patio table, making it ideal for al-fresco dining.  Everything you need for a perfect getaway!

Additional Info:

We are DOG-friendly with a forty-five dollar flat fee per pet. The maximum pet allowance is 2.  Failure to disclose pet and pay the fee will result in a One Hundred Dollar additional fine. Guests are required to clean up after their pets.  Pets are not to be left unattended in properties.

Outdoor Areas:

The outdoor space features a deck with a gas grill and dining table plus an additional covered lounge area for guests to gather.
