You'll adore TIPSY ON 12TH! This delightful home is located in sought-after downtown Paso Robles. This newly remodeled and updated house was built in 1948 and boasts 3 bedrooms, 1 full bath AND detached 200 sq. ft. casita. The casita functions as an additional family room with sofa sleeper, large flatscreen tv, and gaming equipment. Simplicity meets tranquility here with hard wood floors, natural light and stylish decor throughout. Enjoy the multiple outdoor patios, playing a game of corn hole, and dining al fresco! This home has a gas fire pit, gas BBQ & Electric Car Charger 240V 32amp Level 2.

Living Area:

When you are staying at TIPSY ON 12TH, your reservation includes the entire house and detached casita (which is literally out the backdoor and a couple of steps away!) The main house is petite yet open and well thought out for your convenience with central heating and AC. Two bedrooms have comfortable queen size beds while the third bedroom functions as an office and/or vanity room.  You have consistent WiFi, one large flatscreen tv in living room and one in casita with cable and X Box, full amenities throughout the home from a well-stocked kitchen to cozy soft towels, terrycloth bathrobes and high quality bathroom products. We have extra throw blankets, books, board games and a corn hole game for outdoor fun! The casita is a wonderful indoor and open outdoor space to enjoy with French doors, queen sofa sleeper and heating/AC. The lot is large offering multiple deck and patio areas to relax and unwind. The front deck has a shade umbrella and the back dining area has a covered patio area. Adjacent is the bbq and fire pit. Enjoy the overhead bistro lights for your wine country ambiance.

This home is easily accessible to Hwy 101, only blocks away from downtown Paso Robles and only 10 minutes away from downtown Templeton.
