COVID-19 ACCOMMODATIONS: To keep our guests safe, we have strict cleaning measures in place using bleach-based CDC recommended products instead of the natural cleaning products we normally use. Additionally, our cleaning staff utilizes an industrial fogger after each guest applying a mix of hydrogen peroxide and silver nitrate, just like hospitals use. We have also extended the periods between guest stays. See cancellation policy below.

WESTSIDE SERENITY has a Fabulous Location! Enjoy a beautiful walk to downtown Paso from this quiet Westside house! This home has 2 bedrooms with all the space of a large home. Bright, cheerful living room which opens out to a spacious deck. Prepare your meals in the large, fully stocked kitchen with brand new stainless appliances. Also, an additional larger deck off the kitchen is perfect for outdoor dining & BBQs.

We call this the Zen house because the location is so quiet and peaceful sitting among the oak trees. Located on a street with no traffic, easy walk to downtown or west Paso hills. This home was built in the 1940's and has a great mid-century character with all the modern amenities.

Living Space:

This unique home features a bright living space with 2 bedrooms and one full bath.  Bedroom 1 has Cal King bed and bedroom 2 has queen size bed. This property has a full kitchen with all cookware and dining necessities. Appliances include Refrigerator, gas range, dishwasher, microwave, wine refrigerator, Keurig and drip coffee maker, blender & Bluetooth speaker. Guests have access to separate laundry facilities.  Everything you need for a perfect getaway!

Outdoor Areas:

The private outdoor area features a deck with a gas grill, charcoal grill and patio table making it perfect for al-fresco dining. There is also a second deck off of the living room area for relaxing and enjoying a glass of wine.

Guest amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi and DirecTV.  Street parking is available for our guests.  Guests have access to seperate laundry facilities.  Shampoo, soaps, paper products towels and linens are provided.

This home is an upstairs unit of a duplex. There is another unit below.

We are DOG-friendly with a Forty-Five dollar fee per pet. Maximum pet allowance is 2.  Failure to disclose pet and pay the fee will result in a One Hundred Dollar additional fine. Guests are required to clean up after their pets.  Pets are not to be left unattended in properties.

This home is easily accessible to Hwy 101, only blocks away from downtown Paso Robles and only 10 minutes away from downtown Templeton. 

This home is within walking distance to many downtown tasting rooms: LXV Wine Tasting Room, Tudor Wines, Derby Wine Estates Tasting Room, Cypher Winery, Copia Vineyards, and Pianetta Winery. Or feel free to explore the other 200+ wineries that Paso wine country has to offer!

Our standard cancellation policy applies unless there is a government-mandated stay-at-home order. If the stay-at-home order is implemented, guests will be offered full refunds or the option to change dates. This property is located in San Luis Obispo County and all county and city restrictions will be followed. If you are concerned about you or your party falling ill, you are strongly recommended to purchase a Travel Insurance Policy.
